Woe is me.....

Happy.....got to see Jack and Chrissi.......Sad.....they leave tomorrow morning......Happy.....they will be back around Thanksgiving.......Sad......I have to wait another 6 weeks to see them........Happy....starting to feel better from the flu.......Sad....need to post-pone our hike to Thursday so I don't relapse........Happy.........Jay is working in town this week again...........Sad.....I only have two days scheduled for clients........Happy.......Stevi is at her first basketball camp today........Sad........add more to our plates..........Happy........Jayson turns 23 on Wed..........Sad.......Jayson turns 23 on Wed................

MY WEEK IN A NUTSHELL 2-24-15

Finally raising my prices at salon, first time in 8 years, only a 5% increase but I think I need too since my expenses go up at least that much every year, getting this sick has opened my eyes to the fact that it is time to slow down just a tad.
Finally signed up for a couple of writing courses thru TMCC!
I miss my little buddy Emerson so bad!
It will be awhile before I can do anything cardio, did some damage to my lungs with this pnuemonia, live and learn.
Jay is now working at the remodel up at Montbleu, makes for long days but he is home and he is working.
Stevi is now 18, an ready to graduate and begin her life as an adult.
Stevi will be starting beauty college first Tuesday in September this year, so happy for her, anybody have $22,000 they would like to donate to the cause?
Stevi's last year of competition cheer, she is on 3 teams and so far Dream is on its way to Worlds in Orlando Florida the end of April!
Survived the flu and complications which almost landed me in the hospital. Rest is essential. Learned a valuable lesson.
Working on another quilt, the first one worked out ok, I learned a lot with trial and error.
