I feel pretty, oh so pretty..........

I got to proof my boudoir photos today.  Wow, is that really me?!  I feel so beautiful and sexy.  Jay has seen them now and I was thinking we would order one for the bedroom over the bed, so I asked him which one he liked and his response was...

"We are only getting one!?"  

Me...."No Honey for over the bed, we will get a book made for you of the others...."

Jay....."But I thought we should get this one and this one and this one and maybe this one..."

Oh boy........I think he likes them too.........

Happy Birthday Kenneth......

Kenneth turned 12 on the 6th......I know this is late, but blogging anymore seems to be put on hold.  He has changed quite a bit, he used to be so bashful but all of a sudden he seems to be coming out of his shell.  My mom, Stevi and I picked Steve and Kenneth up at their house and took them to Red Robin for lunch and to Game Stop so Kenny could pick out a game, he chose Madden 2009.  Good choice!  We had a lot of fun and laughter, Stevi and Kenny where both being pretty silly.  All in all a good day, wish I could have done more, I probably shouldn't have even spent what I did since I can't even pay my bills lately, but oh well, it was  fun,  then I get home and watch Dr. Phil about people with out of control spending and debt and one of the first things he said was if you don't have the money to spend you don't spend it no matter what.  I am working on this.

I just got one credit card paid off, don't get excited, there was only $114.67 left on it, but another thing Dr. Phil said was to cut up all your credit cards.  Hard to do, don't know why since I can't use them at all anymore.......I am going to do it right now.......sigh......here goes....Everything in my wallet, except my debit card and American Express (I use it to get into Costco)   will be cut up into tiny pieces.  It is now 11:05 am.  Can you do it?

Well, it is done.  I had my boudoir photo shoot with my friend Michelle.  She made me feel so comfortable, I got a little more risque' than I though I would but everything she did was done very tastefully.  Tomorrow is our 23rd anniversary so the photo shoot was for  Jay as a gift.  I was so nervous to begin with, but Michelle really made it fun and I started to relax quite a bit after the first part of it.  All-in-all, it took a little over 2 hours, was very empowering and made me feel pretty sexy, even at my age, and being a Grandma.  The photo's will be ready for proofing on Friday, I can't wait to see them!

I have even booked a photo shoot for Christmas Cards this year with her and for Stevi's 13th birthday, we are going to do a portrait party.  She really is great, you should check her out!
